When you contact us — through our enquiry form, by phone, or by email — we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for your enquiry. We only ask for what we need to respond to you.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide dental care, and keep in touch with you about your care where you’ve asked us to. Our enquiry form makes this clear at the point you submit it, and we ask for your consent before we contact you.

Your information is stored securely, and any patient data we hold is hosted in Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to look after your enquiry and your care.

We don’t sell your information. We only share it where it’s necessary to provide your care (for example, a referral you’ve agreed to), where you’ve asked us to, or where we’re required to by law.
