When you contact us (through our enquiry form, by phone, or by email) we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for your enquiry. We only ask for what we need to respond to you.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and provide dental care, and keep in touch with you about your care where you’ve asked us to. Our enquiry form makes this clear at the point you submit it, and we ask for your consent before we contact you.

Your information is stored securely, and any patient data we hold is hosted in Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to look after your enquiry and your care.

If you use the chat assistant on this website, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI language-processing service to generate a reply. This may involve your message being processed on servers located outside Australia (Australian Privacy Principle 8, cross-border disclosure). We do not ask this service to retain your messages for its own purposes beyond providing the reply. Please don’t share sensitive health details in the chat. If you’d like the team to follow up, the chat will offer you a form to leave your contact details, and that record (like the rest of your enquiry) is stored securely in Australia.

We don’t sell your information. We only share it where it’s necessary to provide your care (for example, a referral you’ve agreed to), where you’ve asked us to, or where we’re required to by law.
