Calm, thorough dentistry in Cronulla.
A small, independent practice a short walk from the esplanade. Whatever brings you in, start where it fits.
A neighbourhood practice, not a chain.
Saltwater Dental is one practice, in one place, run by the people who own it.
Priya opened the doors on Cronulla Street in 2015 with a simple idea: a local practice where you see the same faces each visit and nobody feels rushed. Eleven years on, that hasn’t changed.
Come in, have a look around, and meet the people who’ll look after you.

Reception, off the Cronulla Street mall.

Unhurried, and explained as we go
We’re deliberately small, so we can take the time to listen, explain what we can see in plain words, and make sure you’re comfortable before anything starts.
- The same familiar faces each visit
- Digital X-rays and 3D scanning where they help
- A clear cost before any treatment begins

Most of your visit is a conversation.

Who you’ll see
Three people look after Saltwater Dental — you’ll get to know all of them.
We’re deliberately small. That means we can take the time to explain things properly, remember your name and your history, and treat the whole family from the first baby-tooth check-up to the trickier work later in life.

Looking after Cronulla families since 2015.
Serving Cronulla, Woolooware, Burraneer and the wider Sutherland Shire.
Same practice, same place, same owner — a familiar local face for the whole Sutherland Shire.
Do you accept my health fund?
We accept all major Australian health funds and use HICAPS, so you can claim on the spot. Not sure what your fund covers? Call us and we’ll check.
How much does a check-up cost?
A standard check-up and clean starts from the range shown on our fees page, before any health-fund rebate. Your final fee depends on what you need on the day.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes — we’re open Saturday mornings, and we have a late night on Thursday until 8pm. Current hours are at the bottom of every page.
Do you see emergency patients same-day?
We hold appointments aside each day for emergencies and do our best to see you the same day. Call as early as you can.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your health-fund card (and Medicare card if your child may be eligible for the CDBS), plus any details of past dental treatment if you have them.
